Beavering away

A couple of projects which are coming to the boil. The Big Story from Authentic is out next month (It's at the printers at the moment - at least I hope it's at the printers at the moment). And we're just working hard to finish All Age Worship :Celebrations for the same publishers. This is a collection of 8 All Age Worship resources for churches, based around 8 major celebrations of the church year. It's intended to be the start of a series of resources. I've also been working hard revamping the Thames Valley Partnership website and publicity and creating an online survey which will go live at the end of the month. All this and some children's books as well!

As regular visitors will note (all two of you) we've changed the look of the site.

I'm doing this with a nice little Mac app called Sandvox. Anyway, we'll try to add more content over the Christmas break. There's lots of stuff that we're working on at the moment and I might even persuade Claire to start writing websites.

Old Rope Bookstore online

We've set up an Old Rope Bookstore to sell our books. You can browse our children's titles, or the books that Nick has written for adults. They're not for children, although some might consider them childish.

Big Story and a Big House

The Big Story is almost ready for press, should be there by the end of the year. Meanwhile we're planning a new series on All-Age Worship and have a ton of children's books to write. Nick is also working on text for a website belonging to one of Britain's best-known stately homes (no, not Buckingham Palace - much grander). Stay tuned for details.

Star Wards

Nick's working on a book called The Big Story for Authentic among other things, while Claire has been beavering away on a new series of books for Make Believe Ideas, who publish children's books..

Underground Ernie

We've been hard at work on more childrens' books – including two based around the new BBC series Underground Ernie. Also Nick's latest book, Explorer's Notes: The Bible, has been published. Now available from the Old Rope Bookstore and at all moderately self-respecting bookshops.

OK, the Mysteries went off really well — five performances, pretty packed houses and a lot of enthusiasm to do the thing again, quickly. Hmmm. Anyway, now we're into books again. Claire is working hard on a new range of children's books while Nick is concentrating on Explorer's Notes: The Bible and a book called The Big Story, which may or may not be published by Spring Harvest. Check out the newly-revamped MEdia website as well.
